Terms & Conditions — tbaja Platform Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and tbaja ("tbaja", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at tbaja.io and all associated subdomains, mobile experiences, and related services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Service").

By registering an account on the tbaja platform, making any deposit, placing any bet, accessing any game, or otherwise using any feature of the Service, you confirm unequivocally that:

• You have read these Terms in full and understand their content.
• You agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026. tbaja reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The tbaja Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Registering, attempting to register, or using the Platform if you are under 21 is a material breach of these Terms and is strictly prohibited. tbaja takes its obligations with respect to underage gambling seriously and employs a robust Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process to enforce this requirement.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

By registering a tbaja account, you confirm that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your place of residence or from which you are accessing the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the tbaja Platform complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. tbaja does not warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active tbaja account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of any bonus balances.

2.4 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number and email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. tbaja reserves the right to suspend or close any account where false, misleading, or incomplete registration information has been provided.

2.5 KYC Verification

As part of our commitment to fair play and regulatory compliance, tbaja requires all players to complete identity verification before processing withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds. Verification documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide adequate documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your tbaja account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. tbaja will never contact you and ask for your password. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether authorised or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified tbaja of unauthorised access.

3.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you believe your tbaja account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. tbaja will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation; however, we accept no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security or failed to report the breach promptly.

3.3 Account Currency

The tbaja Platform operates in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT. Currency conversion charges are not applied to BDT transactions on the Platform; however, if your payment provider applies its own conversion or transaction fees, those costs are borne by you.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as inactive. tbaja reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ৳200 per calendar month to inactive accounts with a remaining balance. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is first applied. To avoid inactivity fees, simply log in to your tbaja account at least once every 12 months.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tbaja currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported methods may change over time; the current list of accepted payment methods is always available on the Deposit and Withdrawal pages within your account dashboard.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your tbaja account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer and card deposits may take up to 30 minutes to be reflected in your balance. tbaja does not charge any deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum single deposit amount on tbaja is ৳200. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. Higher limits may be available to verified players who have demonstrated sustained betting activity on the Platform.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to tbaja are processed within an average of 30 minutes for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket requests that have passed all verification requirements. Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit ("same-source rule") to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. tbaja reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

tbaja is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All financial transactions on the Platform are monitored. Where tbaja identifies suspicious transaction activity, it reserves the right to freeze the relevant account, suspend withdrawals, and report the activity to the appropriate authorities. Depositing funds to tbaja with the intent to withdraw without genuine gambling activity is strictly prohibited.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

tbaja offers a variety of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including but not limited to: a welcome deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000, weekly reload bonuses, free spin credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and IPL season. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All deposit bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash). The applicable multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available only to players who have completed account verification. Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. tbaja reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotional offer at its sole discretion and to exclude any player from any promotion without explanation.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Systematic exploitation of bonuses — including but not limited to placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements, opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or colluding with other players to manipulate bonus conditions — constitutes bonus abuse. Where bonus abuse is identified, tbaja reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account.

5.5 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date. If the wagering requirements for a bonus are not met within the stated validity period, the remaining bonus balance and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited automatically. Expiry dates and times are displayed in your account dashboard under the Active Bonuses section.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sportsbook Rules

All sports betting on tbaja is subject to the tbaja Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately within the Sports section of the Platform. By placing a sports bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted those rules. In the event of any conflict between the Sportsbook Rules and these Terms, the Sportsbook Rules shall prevail in respect of betting activity.

6.2 Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on tbaja — including slots, live dealer tables, and virtual games — are governed by the rules published by the respective game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and others). These rules are accessible from within each game interface. tbaja accepts no responsibility for errors, interruptions, or malfunctions in third-party game software.

6.3 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on tbaja are subject to acceptance by tbaja. tbaja reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where the bet is suspected to have been placed in error or on the basis of information not available to the general public (insider information). A bet is not accepted until you receive a confirmation reference number.

6.4 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

In the event that odds, lines, or game payouts are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error or human error ("palpable error"), tbaja reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous price and to correct the error. Winnings paid out as a result of a palpable error may be recouped from the player's account balance. tbaja will notify affected players promptly in the event of a palpable error correction.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tbaja Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of balances:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or using more than one tbaja account.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or tournament.
• Chip dumping: Deliberately losing chips or credits to another player in poker or card games for the purpose of transferring value.
• Use of bots or automated software: Using any software, robot, spider, or automated tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Abuse of bonuses: Exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose (see Section 5.4).
• Money laundering: Using the tbaja Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds connected to illegal activity.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback with your payment provider after placing bets on tbaja.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities: Taking advantage of any bug, glitch, or technical fault in the Platform to gain credits or winnings not legitimately earned.
• Harassment: Using any communication channel on the Platform to harass, threaten, or abuse tbaja staff or other users.

tbaja reserves the right to determine whether any conduct falls within the prohibited categories above, and its decision in this regard shall be final. Where prohibited conduct is identified after winnings have been credited, those winnings may be reversed from the player's account.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, licence, or otherwise exploit any content from the tbaja Platform without the prior written consent of tbaja. Unauthorised use of tbaja's intellectual property may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tbaja, its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of betting opportunities due to Platform downtime or technical issues.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

In no event shall tbaja's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tbaja does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without notice.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your tbaja account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining balance (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued under these Terms.

12.2 Termination by tbaja

tbaja reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — where tbaja reasonably suspects or determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or misleading registration information.
• You are under the age of 21.
• Your account has been used for money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Continuing to operate your account would expose tbaja to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed by tbaja due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. tbaja is not obligated to disclose the specific reason for account closure in cases involving suspected fraud or ongoing investigations.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tbaja is incorporated as an offshore entity. tbaja operates as an offshore platform; users are solely responsible for compliance with their own local laws regarding online gambling.

In the event of a dispute between you and tbaja, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting tbaja support at [email protected]. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules applicable in the tbaja operating jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents tbaja from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

These Terms & Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026. All previous versions of the Terms & Conditions are superseded by this document. By continuing to use the tbaja Platform after this date, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms in full.
